Last night was the second night of our Tuesday/Thursday diet and Diane made us a brilliant seafood broth for our low-cal dinner.
She first grilled about three prawns each with some snapper pieces and placed them in the broth with onions, shallots, peas and celery. The both was flavoured with: smoked paprika, garlic, chili and saffron. Obviously it was very floavourful and not at all dietary but it was also very low-cal in keeping with the letter of the diet.
The green salad that followed was equally tasty.
