FOOD DIARY: Wednesday, March 13th

Last evening was a Diet evening so, as usually happens in L:eeming, Diane fixed our diet dinner and it was delicious.

The meal was s simple as it should be: we had a selection of roasted vegetables- capsicum and fennel pieces and a  mushroom cap.

After this first course we enjoyed some roasted chicken thighs that had been pounded slightly; that and a large glass of flavoured water does a diet meal make!
