FOOD DIARY: Tuesday, April 9th

Again as is a long entrenched habit, Diane and I always wait a day before finishing all the leftovers from a big dinner and they nearly always taste better the second time around.  It is kind of like eating a curry, it always seems to taste as good or better the second day (or in our case the third day.)

We finished all of those delicious zakuska washed down with a nip of that wonderfully mellow Polish Bison Grass vodka.

As a main course we finished the Polish meatloaf with her gravy and the red cabbge as a side.

The dessert was also taken care of by the remainder of the delicious Polish cheesecake.  So when all is said and done it was a wonderful meal that was easy on the chef and delicious for the patron.
