FOOD DIARY:Monday, May 6th Pasta with tomato sauce

Last night we again opted for a simple meal: Di just made a simple tomato sauce to have with our spaghetti.

She made a robust green salad with olives, sliced fresh mushrooms and tomato pierces;  our beverage was leftover wine of various sorts.  It was a “comfort food” meal par excellance
