FOOD DIARY: spaghetti with olive oil and garlic

We both always enjoy a particularly simple meal and this one must be one of the simplest and best.  These simple recipes allow the ingredients to stand out and in this caser the simplicity of dried store-bought pasta married to good extra virgin olive oil and fresh garlic simply can’t be beaten; it is the original truly Fast Food!

I fixed a simple cleansing salad with a bottle of Kiwi saugvinon blanc and a delightful meal was enjoyed.
