FOOD DIARY: soup and salad

Last night was a quiet night food-wise.  Diane made some fenil and pumpkin soup for her friends who came by yesterday and we had the remains plus a large salad for dinner last night.

Add two glasses of wine left from the previous night and a perfect low-cal meal was ready with little fuss.

    Yes it was Roasted carrot and fennel soup! I found the recipe online and it is really tasty.
