FOOD DIARY: leftover Petti di Pollo

Diane’s turn last night and because our party night had to be nixed on the appropriate night it was brought to last evening.  She fixed a killer martini with some chips that are pretty rare around here so it was truly a Party Night.

Diane had made some extra pollos from the night our friends came over and because the meal refrigerates well after having been made they tasted just as good as if she had made them last night.

We had the “always salad” and two glasses of that great Riparosso tablewine and an excellent evening was passed.
