Last night Diane made a simple (her word) sauce for a delicious spaghetti meal. She included cupboard foods but the combination was the winner. She combined: olive oil, onion, garlic, capers, olives (black and green), rosemary, parsley, chilli flakes, diced canned tomatoes and a can of tuna. When all of these ingredients are combined the effect is magic!
As always a green salad was served and the remains of last evenings bottle of Rueda completed a wonderful meal.
