Paella, take two

Last night we gladly finished the second half of the paella that Diane had made earlier and as with most leftovers it tasted even better than the first time. 

We have sort of made a decision about dinner dishes that they should  be the kind, like paella, that will provide dinner for two days.  Many of our dishes already fall into that category and we have no trouble with the decline in taste because often, as with paella, there is no taste lost.

After the paella Diane served a cleansing salad accompanied by the remainder of various wines which also have not gone off.
