C oconut Chicken Chettinad–Take Two

That delightful Indian meal from a packet (minus the chicken of course) was repeated last night. The spices were from an outfit called “Street Kitchen” and the only items added were coconut milk and the chicken pieces. Diane’s additions to the meal were some fried and spiced cauliflower, a tad of our own cooked rice, a little dish of cucumber with sour cream, four fried chapattis and a spoonful of Patak’s Lime Pickle for a slight heat.
The only beverage to have with Indian or Mexican foods is a nice cold beer which we had thanks to our cellar.
