Diane and a marvellous packaged Indian curry provided an easy and delicious Indian meal last evening. Her keeping skills showed once again when she prepared a new cocktail in keeping with our Indian meal; she prepared a Bombay cocktail made with two vermouths and brandy with some Bhuja (crunchy & salted green peas).
Our next delight was grilled Chappati with Yellow Dahl and a Yogurt with Sliced Cucumber and Tomato and Lime Pickle.
Our main course was the “Street Kitchen (Indian Dhaba Style Cuisine)” or Punjabi Cashew Korma with Chicken and Basmanti Rice ang one more Chappati
All of this with a glass of Italian beer.
