A salad that can be very low cal as well as being hugely satisfying

Our meal last night was a delicious large salad; that was the hors d’oeuvre, the main course and the dessert. The only caloric thing was the two glasses of box Verdelho.

This salad contained the following ingredients: pieces of mescaline, pieces of tomato, thin sticks of carrot, cubes of avocado, green olives, slices of cucumber and probably more that my poor fast deteriorating mind refuses to remember. Suffice to say it tasted exceptionally good (and I hope will be repeated tonight!)
